Privacy policy

How Zygofit looks after your personal and health information.

1. Who we are

Zygofit provides online fitness and nutrition coaching: personal diet plans, workout guidance, progress tracking and challenges such as Victory 45. In this policy "we" means Zygofit.

2. What we collect

Only what we need to coach you and run your membership:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email and country.
  • Health and body information you share — age or date of birth, height, weight, waist and other measurements, medical conditions, blood-test values, food preferences, allergies, sleep and activity habits.
  • Your programme — plan dates, diet plans, progress updates, challenge scores and the follow-up notes our coaches keep.
  • Payments — fees, invoices and receipts. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad — the answers you give on that form.

3. Why we use it

To plan your diet and workouts, track your progress, contact you about your programme, take and record payments, keep our accounts, and improve our service. We do not sell your information and we do not use your health details for advertising.

4. Your consent

We use your personal information, including the health details you give us, with your consent. You give it when you join (for example by ticking the box on our onboarding form) or when you tell us your agreement to our coach, who records it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; we will then stop using your information for your programme, which may mean we can no longer coach you.

5. Who can see it

Only the people who need it to do their job: the dietitian, trainer, admin and sales advisor assigned to you, and our accounts team for payments. Our staff sign in with their own accounts, see only the records their role allows, and we can see who changed sensitive records.

  • Service providers that help us run the service — our hosting provider, our coaching app provider, and Meta for advertising lead forms. They may only process information for us.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are our client and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We then delete or anonymise the rest, including your health details. You can ask us to delete your personal information sooner (see your rights below).

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • erase your personal information (we will keep only what the law requires us to, such as invoices);
  • withdraw your consent;
  • and raise a complaint with us, which we will answer within a reasonable time.

8. How we protect it

Connections to our system are encrypted. Staff sign in with their own passwords and can turn on two-step sign-in; access is limited by role; we keep daily encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure — if something goes wrong that affects your information we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Our programmes are for adults. If someone under 18 joins, a parent or guardian must give consent on their behalf.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version date is at the bottom of this page; if we change how we use your information in a significant way we will ask for your consent again.

11. Contact us

To see, correct or erase your information, withdraw your consent or make a complaint, tell your coach or message us through the Zygofit team you already speak with. Please say which Zygofit number or email you joined with so we can find you.
